How much will it cost?
The cost of each campaign depends on the Cost Per Lead (CPL) for the specific project. When setting up your campaign, you’ll see the minimum CPL displayed.
This represents the number of credits that will be deducted for every lead you receive through the campaign. The CPL varies based on factors like demand, competition, and project-specific dynamics.
Where can I find and manage the leads?
You can manage and track the leads generated from your campaigns through the Leads page in the Project Leads section.
This centralized location allows you to view all the leads associated with your active and completed campaigns. Each lead will be automatically assigned to the agent or admin you selected during the campaign setup, ensuring streamlined follow-up and organization.
Additionally, you can filter and sort leads based on specific criteria, such as project name, date received, or assigned user, to efficiently monitor campaign performance and take timely action on potential opportunities.
Frequently asked questions
There are two possible reasons for this: Sold-out Projects: Projects identified as having no primary stock will not appear on PrimaryPlus. Developer Exclusivity: Certain projects are exclusively claimed by developers and will not be listed on PrimaryPlus for campaign creation by brokers.
Some developers work exclusively with specific brokers. In these cases, the developer issues an NOC to the broker, who then creates a Tarkheesi permit using the project ID and broker Agency ID to generate a unique permit ID. To create a campaign, you must provide this permit ID.
We recommend that you create a campaign only when you have the permit or you have a relationship with the developer to sell their projects.
Provide us with DLD ID for such projects and share it with us via email to Support@propertyfinder.ae
We recommend that you get in touch with the developer to get a project-level permit
To create a campaign, we need you to provide a project-level permit (which is of 10 digits) and not a unit-level permit (which is of 11 digits). We recommend that you get in touch with the developer to get a project-level permit.
There is no such restriction. Each project can have multiple campaigns.
No, the leads will be distributed between all clients who have created a campaign on that project. The higher your campaign budget and the higher the cost per lead, the fastest you will receive leads.
1-Once you have created a campaign, you can edit the CPL (credits per lead) that you are willing to pay. 2-To edit other details such as the budget or the agent who is receiving the lead, you will need to stop the campaign and create a new one. We understand that this is sub-optimal, we are working on making it easier for you.
No, the credits are deducted from the credit balance only when a lead gets delivered
Your campaign will stay online, but will not receive leads until you have enough credits to use against those leads.
Property Finder sets floor prices based on factors like consumer demand, project pricing, developer, lead volume, competition, supply, and conversion rates.
The floor price of a project reflects market dynamics and is influenced by factors like consumer demand, competition, project price, and developer. For example, a new project with high demand may have a higher floor price than others with lower demand.
Floor prices may change based on factors like demand, competition, and supply. We will notify you before any adjustments, and existing campaigns won't be affected.
The floor prices for projects can be seen on PF Expert. Login to PF Expert - Click on the profile icon on the top right corner - Click on “Project Leads”.
