- Profile Photo: Your photo that will appear on your assigned listings.
- Verification: You can submit your profile for verification after completing your details.
- Public Name: Your name as you want it to appear publicly.
- Public Email: The email address clients will use to reach out.
- Public Phone Number: This is the number displayed on your listings. If you need to update it, make sure to change it in the "Public Number" field.
- WhatsApp Contact: If your WhatsApp number differs from your call number, update it here for seamless client communication.
- Licenses and Experience: Information such as your broker license and years of experience.
- Spoken Languages: The languages you speak to assist a diverse clientele.

How to Update Public or Private Profiles?
How to Edit Your Profile
To edit your own profile, follow these steps:
- Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the platform.
- Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Update your profile details as needed.
- Save the changes to ensure your information is up to date.
For Admins: How to Edit Your Team's Profiles
As an admin, you can edit the profiles of your team members. Here’s how to do it:
- Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of the platform.
- Select Users from the dropdown menu.
- Search for the team member whose profile you want to edit.
- Click on their name to access their profile.
- Make the necessary updates and save the changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you can't edit your profile details, it is due to permission settings. Only admins can make certain changes. Check the User Management article for more information on roles and permissions.
If you are integrating with PF Expert through XML, any changes made in your CRM will automatically update your public profile on the platform.
If you are using an API to integrate your CRM with PF Expert, any edits you make to PF Expert will update your CRM.
