How to verify my profile to appear in the Find Agent section?

Before your user profile can be placed in our pending queue for review, the first step in applying for the profile verification is to complete your "Profile" details in the Manager:

1. The first step in applying for the profile verification is to complete your "Profile" details in the Manager: 1- Go to the "Profile" page in your Manager account
2. Complete the Personal Information section: All the fields in this section are mandatory. Ensure your picture is professional, showing your head and upper body with a plain background
3. Complete the About You section: In this section we require to know more about your Real Estate experience, the areas you specialize in or any additional details related to your Real Estate career.
4. Complete the Additional Information section: This section details will define how many times you show in the search result pages since end users are offered to look for Agents based on Nationality and Languages spoken.
5. After having completed your profile, the option to "Verify now" will appear:
6. Click on the "Verify now button", you will be directed to provide additional details: Direct Mobile Number: This is the number we will be using to call you and verify all the details you have provided. This number will not be showing on any of your listings.
7. Upload a Valid RERA license (for Dubai clients) or Emirates ID for other Emirates.
8. Once all the above steps are completed, your profile will be reviewed within 1-2 working days (subject to the profile being submitted inside business hours of 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday)
