Granting access to my team members
You can allocate a PF Academy license to your team members in two easy steps from PF Expert.

Users that have been granted access, can follow these steps to log in to PF Academy.

Note: Once a license is granted, it can not be deactivated manually |

Note: On the 1st of each month, all licenses will be deactivated, and you get to choose who will have access for that upcoming month. |
How many licenses are available to me?
The Property Finder Partner Program is made up of four Tiers - Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Your tier is determined based on annual contract value thresholds, each tier offers you a host of unique benefits including PF Academy access.
You can always check your PF Academy license usage from the Users Page
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, on the 1st of each month, you can choose to grant PF Academy access to any team member found in the Users tab.
Yes, if you grant access to a user for May for example, then skip them for June, and then grant them access in July, they will be able to continue learning without losing the progress they made in May.
Yes, please contact PF Support through chat, and we will transfer the privilege of granting licenses to your selected team member. Please note, that only one user at any point in time can have this privilege, so if you transfer it to someone else, you will not have that access anymore.
