The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has introduced new mandates to ensure compliance across all real estate listings on portals. Their goal is to enhance the quality and accessibility of property listings.

What are the key compliance requirements for real estate listings?
The new mandates requiring valid permits for all listings, improved accuracy in listing details, and prompt removal of sold/rented properties directly align with the values of openness and reliability we strive to uphold.
- Use of Valid Permit Types: All listings must have a valid permit type matches the property type
- Accuracy of Listing Details: The details in the listing must exactly match the details in the associated permit.
- Availability of Properties: Listings for properties that have been sold or rented must be promptly removed from the platform.
- QR Code: Listings must have a valid DLD QR code.
Which of my listings requires an action?
The Listings Action Tracker in PF Expert will flag all the listings that contravene DLD’s rules and regulations.
Please check the Listings Action Tracker under the Properties tab in PF Expert daily to ensure that no listings are missed.
How much time do I have to update the permits?
Once a listing is flagged in the Listings Action Tracker, you will have three days to update the listing with the appropriate permit before the listing is automatically unpublished.
