Why should I enable Holiday Mode?
Your Agent Performance and SuperAgent status are hard-earned rewards that help you rank higher in search results and bring in a higher number of leads. It is critical to safeguard these benefits while away enjoying your holiday.
"Holiday Mode" is designed to prevent any negative impact on your performance and SuperAgent status by making it easier than ever to mark yourself on holiday when you are unavailable, and giving you the peace of mind, everyone deserves on a holiday.

How can I put my profile into "Holiday Mode"?
Go to PF Expert > SuperAgent Insights | |
Click on "Holiday Mode" | |
Set the Start and End dates of your holiday | |
Confirm by clicking "Set Now" |
Note: Make sure that you have a maximum of 4 listings during your holiday. |
Frequently Asked Questions
There are no specific conditions to activate Holiday mode - however, if you have more than 4 listings assigned to you when you are on holiday, then your Agent Performance tracking and impact on SuperAgent status will not pause and continue as usual.
Each agent gets a total of 30 calendar days in one year to mark as holidays.
You may choose to split these days into as many holidays as you like.
Make sure to not have more than 4 listings live under your profile during the duration of your holiday period.
For example, if your holiday is starting on 15 December, and ending on 31 December, then you must not have more than 4 live listings assigned to you during this 17-day holiday period.
Yes, unfortunately, if any of your 4 listings are reported or lose their verification status - then this may lead to the loss of your SuperAgent status.
Yes. The Holiday Mode is designed to be as flexible as your holiday plans! Any scheduled holiday can be canceled or modified as you please.
Click on "Upcoming Holiday" on your SuperAgent Dashboard to view or edit your scheduled holidays.
Yes, an early return is possible. You can cancel an ongoing holiday.
Click on “Active Holiday” on your SuperAgent Dashboard to view or edit your scheduled holidays.
You would still be considered on holiday for the current day.
If you are assigned more than 4 live listings during your holiday period, then performance tracking will not pause on your profile and may result in a negative impact on your Agent Performance and SuperAgent status.
Agent Performance: Once you return or at the end of your scheduled holiday period - performance tracking resumes automatically and continues from exactly how it was before the start of the holiday period.
SuperAgent status: Your pre-holiday SuperAgent status remains unchanged when you are away on holiday and will resume once your scheduled holiday period ends. However, once you return, you will need to add listings to meet the required ‘5 listings minimum’ threshold to continue maintaining your status as a SuperAgent.
Yes, your admin can set up holidays for you on your behalf along with assigning and reassigning listings from your profile to another agent and back.
