The Property Finder Partner Program is the first-ever rewards program in the real estate industry. It’s designed to cater to each customer’s specific business needs. What is a partner tier?
The Property Finder Partner Program is made up of 4 Tiers - Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Determined on the basis of annual contract value thresholds, each tier offers you a host of unique benefits.

- Purchases of ad hoc products and services (such as CTS, Media or LeadGen) are not considered while determining a customer’s annual spending or evaluating the tier thresholds.
- If you upgrade your annual spending and qualify to be in a higher tier, you will enjoy all the benefits that apply to that specific tier.

How do I know my tier?
You can find your tier by visiting the PF Partner Program page on PF Expert.
Also, your business consultant will be able to help you identify your tier and guide you on how you can upgrade to the next tier. Review PF Expert to learn more about your entitled benefits.
What is the expected response time for Support for each tier?
We strive to respond to all requests as soon as possible. You can refer to the following timelines to understand when you can expect your request to be resolved:

You can enjoy a higher grade of benefits by upgrading your contract during renewal or by requesting an upgrade to your existing contract.
If the size of the new contract or upgrade is higher and meets the minimum annual spend threshold for the next tier, your tier level will be updated on PF Expert and you’ll start enjoying the benefits that come with the new tier.
There is a way to unlock the benefits that apply to the Diamond tier without the need to increase your annual spending.
By choosing Property Finder as the exclusive portal where you advertise and meet the following criteria, you can become a Diamond customer and enjoy all the corresponding benefits.

Purchase of ad hoc products like Media or LeadGen are not considered while determining annual spending.
If you plan to decrease the value of your annual contract, you’ll automatically move to a lower tier in line with the spending threshold at the time of renewal.
You’ll see your new tier reflected on PF Expert and your business consultant will keep you informed of the benefits you will be forfeiting.
If you upgrade your contract for the remainder of your contract period with a subscription product, it will count toward the calculation of your spend threshold and if applicable, you’ll be upgraded to a new tier based on your newly increased spending.
This change will be reflected on PF Expert and will also be communicated by your business consultant.
Benefits are linked to a customer’s specific account and are non-transferable to other companies.
In the event you run multiple subsidiaries, the benefits will accumulate at the corporate / parent company’s level.
Benefits are valid for the period of the contract (1 year) and tiers will be updated based on the new contract signed.
The rebate will be made available only if you fall in the Diamond and Ruby tier.
Please see the additional conditions applicable to rebates under the Partner Program or speak with your business consultant to learn more about this benefit.
To unlock the reward, a customer must meet the following additional conditions:
- Must be a Property Finder customer with a contract of at least 12 months.
- The renewal value of the new contract should be at least 10% higher than the previous contract.
- Purchase of ad hoc products like CTS, Media, and LeadGen will not be considered as part of the annual contract value and will not be eligible for rebate calculation.
- If you upgrade the contract in the middle of its tenure, the new spending will be considered as part of the contract if the upsell is effective until the end of the renewal period.
- If more than 40% of your agents have the SuperAgent status in the UAE.
- Eligible only for organizations that employ a minimum of 3 real estate agents.
- Rebates will only be available for use at the end of the contract for the first year. After this, rebates can be used as per monthly accrual.
- Customers with up-to-date payment history. If payment is missed, they forfeit their tier status and any accrued rebate.

Based on your tier, you will be given priority, i.e. customers in the Diamond tier will be served first in the queue for any support channel.
The same order of priority will apply to customers from other tiers, for instance, a customer from the Ruby tier will be served first when waiting with customers from Sapphire or Emerald in the support channel’s queue.
To get your listings verified, log into your PF Expert, go to the ‘Properties’ tab, hover over the chosen listing’s Quality Score, click ‘Submit’ documents for verification and start uploading the required documents.

Property Finder runs panel discussions with industry experts on an ad-hoc basis. The topics are predetermined by Property Finder and the experts are selected based on their experience on specific topics.
