What is covered?
Different user roles
In PF Expert, there are 3 levels of access:
Admin Role: Has the highest access to the PF Expert platform |

Manager Role: Limited access compared to Admin (Admin can customize access) |
|
Agent Role: Given to agents by default (Admin can customize access) |
Tip: The Admin user has access to customize and limit the access level for "Manager" and "Agent" roles from Access Control |
Creating New Users
To create an account for a new user, please follow the below steps:
- Visit the PF Expert > Users page.
- Click on the red + sign.
- Fill in the mandatory details (*) in the Private and Public Profile.
- Save all the user details by clicking over the green check mark.

Note: If you wish to update the Mobile number that is showing on your listings, you will need to make the update in the "Public Number" field. |
Tip: If the WhatsApp number you are using is different that the number you are using for calls, make sure to update it in the "WhatsApp" field in the Public Profile. |
Deleting Users
Only the Admin user has access to delete the Manager and Agent.
To delete a user, please follow the below steps:
- Visit the PF Expert > Users page.
- Right-click on the User you wish to delete.
- If the user had any content assigned to them, reassign all the user's content (listings, leads, etc.) to a different user.
- Confirm and Delete.
Tip: If you wish to delete an Admin user, change the user's role to Agent or Manager first, then proceed to delete |
