WhatsApp Enterprise
Unlike WhatsApp Insights, WhatsApp Enterprise sends the leads to you in a format that your CRM or Third Party Cloud Service can read.

How Does WhatsApp Enterprise Work
Similar to WhatsApp Insights, when a prospect lead clicks on the WhatsApp button on your listing, they will be able to send a pre-populated message to Property Finder's WhatsApp services, then you can forward it to your team.
WhatsApp Enterprise process:
- Property seeker clicks on the WhatsApp button on your listing to send their inquiry.
- The property seeker will receive an automated reply confirming that their message is delivered.
- You will receive the lead details on your CRM through the API. (check the template below).
- The person in charge (or your system) will need to forward the lead details along with the conversation link to the concerned agent.
- The agent can start the conversation with the property seeker by clicking on the link you shared with them.

WhatsApp Enterprise Limitations
- When the WhatsApp Enterprise Integration is enabled, all the WhatsApp leads will be delivered to the CRM system and not directly to the Agents.
- It is the responsibility of your Developer team to distribute the leads to the agents, most importantly the tracking link (conversation link) in order not to affect your SuperAgent status (WhatsApp response rate and time).
- Your CRM admin can either manually forward the leads to the agents or create automation in your CRM backend so that the leads will be forwarded to your Agents promptly.
- For WhatsApp response rate and time, we start calculating from the time we deliver the leads to the CRM system, it's very important to deliver the leads to your agents as they arrive in your CRM system, in order not to affect the WhatsApp response rate and time and consequently the SuperAgent status.
