How to Become a SuperAgent
The process is 100% automated and requires no human interaction.
Every day our Agent Data Assistant (ADA) analyzes each individual agent’s unique data of the last 60-day cycle.
ADA processes the information and rewards the best real estate agents with a SuperAgent status and tag on the first of each month.
The SuperAgent tag stays with the awarded agents until the end of the month or for as long as the agent’s performance meets the requirements across all factors.
Property Finder takes into account the following criteria:
High Listings Quality: SuperAgents should provide high-quality listings and more verified listings compared to other agents. (The more verified listings you have, and the higher your listings' quality, the more you become eligible to become a SuperAgent) |
|
Fast Response Time: SuperAgents should respond faster than other agents to the home seekers’ WhatsApp messages, calls, or emails. |
|
Up-to-Date Listings: SuperAgents should always have listings that are up-to-date and available in the market. (Still in the market) |
|
Response Rate: SuperAgent should respond to all the leads they receive. |
|
Non-Compliant Listings: SuperAgent should avoid having non-compliant listings online. (Sold or Rented listings, inaccurate price, etc.) |
