Who's Eligible for Verification?
Any PF Expert user who intends to publish a listing and receive leads, can get verified as long as you are able to provide the following documents:

How to verify your Agent profile?
| In PF Expert, go to "My Profile". (Admins go to "Users" and click on the Agent's Name) | |
| You will see your Profile Completion status in the "Public Profile" section | |
| Upload and crop your photo | |
| Complete all the required information. Once you reach 50% completion status, click the "Verify Now" button | |

What tips can help achieve verification on the first submission?
When submitting your profile for verification, ensure you provide the correct documents required and the right details that reflect your actual professional experience as a real estate broker. Below are the four main elements to consider:

Name

- The agent’s name should match the name in the ID provided
- It must be in proper format (Complete name and surname, both starting with upper case letters)
- For agents with several middle names/surnames, we can accept a single one
- We do not accept nicknames or screen names
