Benefits of Spotlight
Spotlight is a feature that allows your property to show on the top of the result page on Property Finder, and this will help you gain:
Spotlight Requirements
Your listing must meet the following criteria so it can be eligible for the Spotlight campaign:
Online: The listing must be online on Property Finder. |

Fresh: The listing should be published less than 60 days ago. |
|
Quality Score: The listing's quality score should be at least 90%. |
|
Premium: Only available for Premium Listings. |
|
Ask for Price: Your listing should not have ‘Ask for price’ enabled |
|
Credits: You should have a sufficient credit balance to cover the cost of the campaign. |

A listing can only participate in Spotlight once |
How does it work?
In response to your client feedback Spotlight is now a weekly offer module, that enables you to boost your chosen listings for an entire week. The following steps make achieving this, quick and easy.
Click the Spotlight button in PF Expert Properties Page
Type in Your Offer (per day) and click Submit. You will be charged for a week only if you win a place on Spotlight.
- Offers for Weekly Spotlight are accepted at any time and any day until the closing of the offer window. Each Wednesday at 5:30 PM .
- If your offer was one of the three winning spots, the amount of credits will be deducted after the winner is announced and the Spotlight slots are assigned for the whole week.
- If the offer you made is one of the top 3 offers received at the point of the closing of the offer window Wednesday 5:30 pm , your listing will be Spotlighted for the following 7 days. This means that you cannot be out-competed once you have won the Spotlight for the 7-day period.

Monitoring your Offer status
After you submit your offer, you can find the offer status on the Properties Page of PF Expert
Not Eligible: Listing does not meet the eligibility criteria for Spotlight. (example: Quality less than 90%)
Outcompeted: Another agency has made an offer higher than yours.
Winning Offer: Your offer is eligible to position your listing in the top 3 spotlight slots for the next Spotlight period.
On Spotlight: Listing is currently featured in the top 3 slots of Spotlight.
Expired: Listing has already participated in a 7-day Spotlight campaign.
Winning the Spotlight
A listing is 'Spotlighted' (exposed) after the offer window has closed beginning from 6:00 pm Wednesday until 5:59 pm the following Wednesday.
The offer window for each Spotlight period closes on Wednesday at 5:30 pm every week.
- You will be notified weekly via PF Expert if you’ve won any Spotlight position(s).
- A winning offer guarantees one of the three top slots in search results for one week. Rolling 7-day period from Wednesday
- Credits, equivalent to your winning offer, are automatically deducted from your account only
if you win a position on Spotlight.

Winners receive an end-of-campaign ROI report detailing a listing’s performance on Spotlight after the period of exposure (Spotlight).
Filter eligible listings
You can use the new filter "Boosting Products" and filter with "Spotlight".
PF Expert will display the listings eligible for Spotlight.
Frequently Asked Questions
Only credits are accepted as a payment method to purchase Spotlight. Please ensure you have a sufficient balance or you risk losing the Spotlight.
Yes. Any value above the current offer for the Spotlight is accepted as your named price.
The Current Offer is the latest lowest named price submitted by any other client for the Spotlight. The Current Offer is basically the lowest offer we have at that moment (the 3rd spot in Spotlight).
Only the monetary value of the third-highest offer submitted for a particular spot is visible to other participants, and all other details (such as the participant/company name is hidden and strictly confidential.
Your listing will lose its Spotlight position in case your wallet does not have the required credit amount to cover the daily cost.
Once you win one of the spots, credits will be deducted for the seven days.
Your Spotlight position depends on the offer you have submitted. If you have submitted the highest offer, your listing will occupy the first slot.
Listing will lose the Spotlight position until it's eligible again.
For example, if the listing is downgraded from Premium to Standard, it won't be on Spotlight until it's upgraded to Premium again.
You can contact our support team if your listing is eligible again and you want it to be on Spotlight.
If your listing goes offline for any reason, the listing will no longer be on the Spotlight.

Admin users on PF Expert who have won the Spotlight will receive an end-of-campaign email showing the performance of their Spotlight listings. You will be able to see the increase of views for your Spotlight listing(s) compared to all other premium listings within the same community and category (i.e. Dubai Marina, Residential for Rent), along with its listing clicks.
Credit refunds are only applicable if you lost the Spotlight due to an issue from our end (for example, in an invalid reported property). However, if the listing was unpublished or reported (non-compliant), a credit refund is not applicable.
You can find below an explanation of the metrics reported in the Spotlight performance report that you receive for your winning listings. The numbers are shown based on the total days your listing was on the Spotlight to make comparison easier against the benchmark.
- Total days on Spotlight show the number of days your listing was boosted to the top of the search results page within its campaign (minimum 1 day and maximum 7 days per listing).
- Total credit spend shows the total amount of credits consumed on the Spotlight listing within its Spotlight days.
- Total views show the number of times end-users see your listing ad on the search result page in a particular location and offering type.
- Increase in views from comparable non-Spotlight listings shows the increase in the percentage of your Spotlight listings’ views against the benchmark. This benchmark is the number of times end-users see non-Spotlight listings from other brokerages that are in the same location and category in the same timeframe.
- Total listing clicks show the number of times end-users clicked on your listing ad to view it.
