Spotlight are the top 3 spots on our search results. Spotlight allows you to make an offer (using credits) for your eligible listings to be boosted to the top of the search results page on Property Finder bringing your brand more exposure and showcasing your community expertise across desktop, mobile web, and app.

Benefits of Spotlight
Spotlight is a feature that allows your property to show on the top of the result page on Property Finder, and this will help you gain:
Spotlight Requirements
Your listing must meet the following criterias so it can be eligible for the Spotlight campaign:
Online: The listing must be online on Property Finder. |

Fresh: The listing should published less than 60 days ago. |
|
Quality Score: The listing's quality score should be at least 90%. |
|
Premium: Only available for Premium Listings. |
|
SuperAgent: Your listing should be assigned to a SuperAgent. |
|
Ask for Price: Your listing should not have ‘Ask for price’ enabled |
|
Credits: You should have a sufficient credit balance to cover the cost of the campaign. |
How does it work?
In two easy steps, you can name the price (credits) you are willing to spend for each day your listing stays in the Spotlight from PF Expert.
Click the Boost button in
PF Expert Properties Page
Type in Your Offer (per day) and click Submit
You can make an offer for a Spotlight position each day any time between 5.30pm to 5.30pm, the next day.
An offer made is a commitment of purchase for the duration of the campaign, i.e. for the next 7 days, and cannot be withdrawn.
If the offer you made is one of the top 3 offers received for that day, your listing will be on the Spotlight.
You can monitor the status of your offer during the offer cycle to stay ahead of the competition and guarantee your Spotlight position.
Monitoring your Offer status
After you submit your offer, you can find the offer status on the Properties Page of PF Expert
Not Eligible: Listing does not meet the eligibility criteria for Spotlight. (example: Quality less than 90%)
Outcompeted: Another agency has made an offer higher than yours.
Winning Offer: Your offer is eligible to position your listing in the top 3 spotlight slots for the next Spotlight period.
On Spotlight: Listing is currently featured in the top 3 slots of Spotlight.
Expired: Listing has already participated in a 7-day Spotlight campaign.
Winning the Spotlight
If your offer is among the top 3 offers received, and no one out-competes you until the end of the bidding cycle, you win one of the Spotlight positions.
A Spotlight period is daily from 6 pm to the next day at 5.59 pm.
Bidding for the next Spotlight period ends at 5.30 pm every day.
- You will be notified daily via PF Expert if you’ve won any Spotlight position(s).
- A winning offer guarantees the top slot in search results for 24 hours.
- You will stay in Spotlight if your offer continues to be among the top 3 offers received each day - for a maximum of 7 days in a row.
- Credits, equivalent to your winning offer, are automatically deducted from your account only
if you win a position on Spotlight.
Winners receive an end-of-campaign ROI report detailing a listing’s performance on Spotlight after the 7th day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Only credits are accepted as a payment method to purchase Spotlight. Please ensure you have a sufficient balance or you risk losing the Spotlight. Credits will be drawn per day for each day you have the highest offer.
Yes. Any value above the current offer for the Spotlight is accepted as your named price.
The Current Offer is the latest lowest named price submitted by any other client for the Spotlight. The Current Offer is basically the lowest offer we have at that moment (the 3rd spot in Spotlight).
Only the monetary value of the third-highest offer submitted for a particular spot is visible to other participants, and all other details (such as the participant/company name is hidden and strictly confidential.
Your listing will lose its Spotlight position in case your wallet does not have the required credit amount to cover the daily cost.
No. Once you submit your offer, you commit to a maximum campaign duration of 7 consecutive days where your listing can be on the Spotlight only exception is if you are out-competed and lose your slot.
Your Spotlight position depends on the offer you have submitted. If you have submitted the highest offer, your listing would occupy the first slot.
You will not be able to increase your offer until you fulfill all of the eligibility requirements.
If your listing goes offline for any reason, the listing will no longer be on the Spotlight and your credit wallet will continue to be charged the offer amount you have submitted on a daily basis until your 7-day campaign expires or you get out-competed.

Admin users on PF Expert who have won the Spotlight will receive an end-of-campaign email showing the performance of their Spotlight listings. You will be able to see the increase of views for your Spotlight listing(s) compared to all other premium listings within the same community and category (i.e. Dubai Marina, Residential for Rent), along with its listing clicks.
You can find below an explanation of the metrics reported in the Spotlight performance report that you receive for your winning listings. The numbers are shown based on the total days your listing was on the Spotlight to make comparison easier against the benchmark.
- Total days on Spotlight show the number of days your listing was boosted to the top of the search results page within its campaign (minimum 1 day and maximum 7 days per listing).
- Total credit spend shows the total amount of credits consumed on the Spotlight listing within its Spotlight days.
- Total views show the number of times end-users see your listing ad on the search result page in a particular location and offering type.
- Increase in views from comparable non-Spotlight listings shows the increase in the percentage of your Spotlight listings’ views against the benchmark. This benchmark is the number of times end-users see non-Spotlight listings from other brokerages that are in the same location and category in the same timeframe.
- Total listing clicks show the number of times end-users clicked on your listing ad to view it.
