Frequently Asked Questions
Listings Action Tracker, available under the Properties tab in PF Expert, is a single destination to view, edit, and update listings that require corrective actions to meet Property Finder’s quality guidelines.
It’s been designed to assist and streamline the day-to-day operations of an Admin and facilitate a simpler listing management system.
The Listings Action Tracker (LAT) is available for all PF Expert users under the Properties tab on the platform.
If you believe a listing was flagged in error - please use the ‘Dispute’ option (if available) or write directly to Customer Experience at “support@propertyfinder.ae”.
Not all listings can be disputed. In instances where Property Finder has definitive, irrefutable data to confirm an error with a flagged listing - the dispute option is disabled.
If you disagree, or believe your listing was flagged in error - please write directly to Customer Experience at “support@propertyfinder.ae” with documents to support your dispute.
When a listing is disputed for incorrect flagging - a new support ticket is created for the Customer Experience team and the listing is moved from the “Pending” tab to the “Under Review” tab on the Listings Action Tracker.
You can monitor the “Under Review” tab to find the support ticket number or follow up on the disputed listing.
The ‘Past’ tab in the Listings Action Tracker records any actions taken in the last 14 days for any flagged listings.
If a flagged listing reflects the same issue as the one that was disputed and resolved - then it is very likely flagged in error. Please report to support@propertyfinder.ae
Ideally, you should check the LAT at least once a day to ensure all your listings are error-free and continue to attract leads without any conflicts.
In most cases, listings are flagged in this tool for violating one or more of Property Finder’s listing quality guidelines.
These guidelines include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Setting an unrealistically low price for the advertised property.
- Duplicating Listing: Group of listings found to be similar to enough to be potentially duplicates of one another.
- Wrong or Expired Permit: Mismatch between the listing permit and advertised property. Or an expired permit for a live listing.
- Unavailable properties reported by property seekers.
- Duplicate identified listings (listings that are matching out the core details as location, property type, offering type, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, price and size).
- Listings claimed as Under Offer by other agencies (for properties that have a claimed transaction).
