Why are you adding cost for VAT?

Propertyfinder is an intermedial to collect the VAT for the government.

The 5% is not an additional cost, it’s a Government fee ultimately charged to the end-consumer.

The same fee is to be charged by our clients to their customers and “reclaimed back from the government”
